Ms. McKinney joined Flott & Co. PC in March 2023 as the Firm Administrator and has since moved over to the tax compliance team where she handles US tax preparation and filing for individual clients both international and domestic. She earned IRS accreditation as an Enrolled Agent in March 2025.
Ms. McKinney received bachelor’s degrees in public administration and government and international politics from George Mason University. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in marketing and in insurance.
