Ms. McKinney joined Flott & Co. PC in March 2023 as Firm Administrator. Before joining the firm, she worked as a Marketing Director for a commercial real estate company.
Ms. McKinney earned bachelor’s degrees in government and international politics and public administration from George Mason University. After graduating she worked in both the insurance industry and the retail industry.
